I ask the Earth below and Sky above,

To fill the dark of night with love.

After a dark night comes a morning full of light,

Still a dark night needs a hope of light to fight!

Let the morning Sun take away my pain,

So that I can wake renewed again.

Hope the time soon comes renewed by the Sun,

To count my blessings one by one.

O beautiful Moon, please lend me your power,

And bring me peace this very hour.

I call upon you this secret night,

To bless your child with strength and might!

O Lord let the gift of saving grace

Fall in a fruitful place,

Because life without blessing is not worth possessing!

I believe your blessings in disguise makes one sigh in relief,

Full of joy without any grief!

O Lord with your power give us blessings in shower,

So that even in difficult future may peace infuse and nurture.

Maybe before we meet,I will give everyone a goodbye greet.

Lord I hope one day we will meet,

When I go deep into my sleep,

When I go deep into my sleep.

  8. Good post! Blessings in disguise can come disguised as problems or difficulties but when we have worked through the and come out the other side we find we have learned something important. That is the blessing!

  25. Very nice Ava and you are right we have being with God to look forward to when we fall to rest that final time we will be with God, Christ and that will be something. A lovely thing to write about. I think God sends us blessings all the time. I also believe that God answers our prayers but in his time. I prayed for something pretty big for my daughter last week and it wasnโ€™t even two hour later when she called me to let me know how happy she was to have just received what I had prayed about. God certainly listens to prayer. Blessings to you sweet Ava. Love ๐Ÿ’• Joni.
