Patient NATURE’S Fury🧑

No one is more tolerant than Mother NATURE,
She is the one who helps us nurture,
She is the background of every picture,
But we are some heartless creature.

Her body is slowly dying,
With the flowers in her hair drying,
Sky releases thunderous crying,
She caught us all lying.

We make her feel so dirty,
With us she is all sweet and hearty,
We act on our own liberty,
Still we can’t destroy her inner beauty.

She knows what is wrong and right,
All these days she is quite quiet,
Trying her best not to fight,
So that we could see the morning light.

Time will come when mother stands still,
Which will make us all ill,
Filled with life-less shrill,
Let’s ask for forgiveness on our own will.

All the tantrums and fuss we make,
Causes her heart to ache,
Life is not a piece of cake,
We should stop now for god’s sake!

She is our mother glory,
We should not cause pain to bury,
Or we will have to worry,
Because no one can escape NATURE’S fury!

Your deepest roots are in nature.  No matter who you are, where you live, or what kind of life you lead, you remain irrevocably linked with the rest of creation. You didn’t come into this world.  You came out of it, like a wave from the ocean.  You are not a stranger here.

This year the eastern India is again going to suffer from a super cyclone Amphan. Last year cyclone Fani had destroyed the life of thousands of people. Homeless and depressed people were all round. Let’s just hope Amphan goes away without much harm done. The patience of our Mother Nature is slowly breaking, and not only we humans but also the innocent plants and animals are going to suffer from her fury. Hope, that people around the globe realise soon enough their mistakes and change their ways so that lives could be saved. Let’s be the first to take some initiative to save nature, What’s say?

Let’s pray that Cyclone Amphan doesn’t harm much life or property this year.

Stay Safe and Happy Everyone!!!

  1. Wonderful poem Ava. Amphan was indeed a huge cyclone and was devastating. Kolkata was so broken, it was hard to look at. I can’t even begin to describe what happened elsewhere. U probably know.
    Anyway, take careπŸ™‚
