Dear Anger,

I don’t know why you love me so much,
My soul hates when you touch.
Why don’t you leave me alone,
Words by you hurts more than breaking bone.
You make me feel wrong,
Whenever you say you will make me strong.
My mind is not where you belong,
You need to end like a song.

With you comes frustration and pain,
You tie us both with chain,
Controlling you causes my energy drain.
When you come I’m no more sane,
All my requests to you go in vain,
Heart stops and you control my brain
By doing this what do you gain?
I won’t let you control me again!

When you go,
Realization comes to me slow
How to apologize, I don’t know,
I only have a guilty face to show.
For the pain caused by you,
I never know what to do,
But I can’t keep you and ego above,
Than the people whom I love.

I don’t know why I listen to you,
Why I accept the things you make me do,
You always come out of blue,
We are not same I’ll prove that to you.
You are a monster in me,
Now that I can clearly see,
I won’t forcefully with you agree,
I will fight and make myself free!

    Most of us are victims of our own anger..know fully well it harms when we let it go out of control….
    But yes anger against a wrong or an injustice has to be always there .
    Anger has a place in life ..but got to be used right .

    1. Some times I feel we get angry at the wrong place and time
      And sometimes when we should get angry we are too shocked to Express our emotions.

      God would nourish all with rain ,
      To bring joy and transcend the pain,
      Nothing really goes in vain ,
      Always thrive to bless again ,
      In fantasy,   you thrive and gain ,
      Blessed you would forever and ever remain ,
      The blue sky can sunshine contain …
      The universe shall a rainbow to  you explain ,
      Drops of rain would livelihood retain…
      For life to be renewed with gain
      Again , and again and again …

  23. Hi Ava, you write in your conclusion “I will fight and make myself free!” It is only when we begin this fight that one comprehends what a huge task this really is. The Apostle Paul actually wrote about this very struggle in Romans 7:14-25, just something to consider. Blessings!

  24. If the anger ends soon, then the loss from it will be less, but if this anger settles in our conscience, then it will take the form of hatred, which has terrible consequences. Very good post, congratulations to you

  34. Absolutely right ava..anger is a monster that kills..
    When someone desire is not satisfied when one sitaution is out of control and no order ..we get the frustration over life .it may kill self or kill the near one…very dangerous monster

  35. Yup you’re right anger comes up with ego. But here’s what I think, e every emotion has a potential of its own, a sort of energy. Now if u take the ego out of anger what remains I guess is just a strong desire and a will which could be used make ourselves better. Idk if it’s true or not but I felt it this way and thought of sharing. Also it’s really good to see you’re site is growing so well. Keep writing like this and may this site keep growing even more 👍
