Hold On And Stay Positive

There’s a cliche in the personal development world that can be polarizing. Some people shy away from it, believing it to be cheap or tacky, while others swear by it as if it was some sort of magic pill.

This is the idea of positive thinking and positivity. Cultivating positivity in your minds means you can get through anything no matter how hard it is. If you are positive about everything then there is no end to your satisfaction and bliss in your life. So, it’s essential for everyone to avoid negativity and focus on positive aspects in your life. The joy of life comes from different encounters with new experiences, be it good or bad both are equally important and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun. So, we should always look forward to each day in our life, you may not know what God has planned for you next.

“In every day, there are 1,440 minutes. That means we have 1,440 daily opportunities to make a positive impact.”

-Les Brown

If one adapts positive mindset then, flexibility increases along with the capacity to explore the world, with the feeling of confidence and security. Negativity lowers our self-esteem, affects our emotions or we can say disrupts our daily life and well being. It it also the cause of unnecessary irritation and frustration. Even when our mind adapts too much of negativity, mental problems like anxiety and panic attacks happen. To save ourselves from long term damage we need to stop negative thinking and start thinking and accepting the positive aspects of life. Once you start replacing all your negative thoughts with positive ones, you will only start having positive results.

“Let us rise up and be thankful, for if we didn’t learn a lot today, at least we learned a little, and if we didn’t learn a little, at least we didn’t get sick, and if we got sick, at least we didn’t die; so let us all be thankful.”

-Buddha.

“Positive thinking is more than just a tagline. It changes the way we behave. And I firmly believe that when I am positive, it not only makes me better, but it also makes those around me better.”

-Harvey Mackay

Keep smiling and make others smile too as smiling is contagious in nature. Always remember that smiling spreads a lot of positivity and good vibes. Surround yourself with positivity and positive vibes and try to avoid things or people who gives you negative vibes.Never give up no matter what happens. Attitude is a little thing which makes a big difference. Stay strong, keep hold and fight back!!!

Stay Positive, everything will be okay.

  1. We can’t stay positive everytime in life. Certain things/ incidents/ people may destroys our positive thoughts. But it’s upto us how to overcome this negative situation in life….sometimes we may have to take break from all our daily activities to find happiness in life

    1. Well said,
      I absolutely agree with you
As we say if we don’t experience pain then we can’t enjoy gain
Same way if we don’t have any negativities in life then we may not know the value of being positive 😊😇

  2. Great sharing Avem….positivity is the key, I agree….though it’s not easy to remain positive all the time….reality & human nature brings different dishes on the plate….positivity, heart & love are interconnected….if one can’t oneself, there’s no way a person can be positive….trauma, disorder, patterns, emotions are the different shades….I would say acceptance is quite important as well, which would trigger the calmness, deeper connection & real positivity from the depths….how do you see this all? And thx for a lovely sharing…

    On a lighter note, FYI..
I’ve shutdown my old site due to several issues after migration & have created this brand new site. I’m still in the process of updating it. But I wanted to update you with this new development.

    1. Being human I think we normally don’t enjoy the things which comes easily to us, or we can better say no pain no gain. If we don’t experience certain negative moments in our lives we may never start appreciating the value of positivity in life.

Well Navin I am already following your new site😊😇

    1. Someone said that we can not control everything outside but realize that answers are sometimes within you…You can control how you see things as a way to grow , be present in the moment, accept and love …
Be aware of everything that is within you first …

  3. When the night comes or the sky turns gray ,
The sky showers us to grow and stay ,
alive and happy in every way ,
To God we sway , that every sun ray ,
Would shine again and clear the clouds away ,
So you could see to  never get astray ,
Divinity gets us to pay ,
attention that everything we get  through ,
has a silver lining every  night
    and   day …
    You say good morning ,
“Tommorow is another day ” for a melody to  play …
The rainy days of April showers flowers of May …( as said… )

  4. Yes. I am often reminded of Cheri Huber’s statement, “The quality of your life will depend on the focus of your attention.” I am what I attend towards and I have choice. Sometimes hard to remember when I’m caught up in the mix, but truthful non the less.

  5. A positive outlook is essential for good health. We can experience sadness, anger, and a myriad of other “negative” emotions but still have a positive outlook on life. As a Christian, I believe that the closer I walk with God, the more I will exhibit the fruit of the spirit (love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness faithfulness, gentleness & self-control). All of those are positive character traits that He is developing in me.

  8. Being positive is the best way to be in our lives. I have a copy of the a great book about being positive. It is called ” The Power of Positive Thinking” BY Norman Vincent Peale. I read it many decades ago and most recently last year I bought another copy of it. It takes practice at times to have a happy positive attitude each day. Trust me I know all about that part. I believe in God and Follow His Word and His Commandments each day. But Ava has hit things right on the mark !! Thank you Ava and Keep creating great posts like this one my dear friend !!
