I’m Happy As I Am!

Photo by Elina Krima from Pexels

I may struggle,
But I’ll let no one see me fall,
Even if I’m weak I’m unstoppable,
I will always stand tall.

I’m unwilling to break,
Being different is not a mistake,
Myself I cannot fake,
It’s just not my piece of cake!

It’s time to consider my own emotions,
Over the worthless commotions,
Of following common notions,
Like swamp of fishes in the oceans.

It’s good to stand out,
Self-respect I can’t leave without,
That I can say with no doubt,
To prove myself I don’t need to shout.

Each drop of water makes a sea,
Get used to what you see,
I will only be me,
Which makes me complete and free.

What people think, I don’t give damn,
My reality is not some scam,
I may not be calm,
But I’m happy as I am!

Let me introduce myself, I'm a human searching for reality without losing morality. My name is Ava, more precisely Ava Tripathy, the face behind the blog Avem. Humorist Indian by Nature and Sarcasm in Vein. Unpredictable and absolutely a philosophical one.
