The selfless people who serve,
Making all idles believes preserve,
For courage, respect they deserve,
Patriotism requires lot of nerve!
Fighting guarding day and night,
They help making things right,
Hoping for a future bright,
Not letting goals out of sight!
They gave a strong fight,
Without glory with full might,
Suffered with smile being quite,
With all deadly injuries despite!
To achieve freedom it cost,
Many lives and blood lost,
Their words haunting like ghost,
Hunger for freedom never exhaust!
Boycotting their foreign produced,
Their economy dust reduced,
A though competition induced,
Giving all big boost!
Before family country came first,
Country saw more than worst,
Freedom was their only thirst,
Turning enemies motives into dust!
Family blood was easy sacrifice,
Even without thinking twice,
They paid a heavy price,
Giving patriotism a new rise!
Some fought being calmly polite
But none ever stayed quite,
Cruel actions gave dreams ignite,
Freedom not achieved overnight!
Independence was written by them,
But it costed many gem,
For our country’s root stem,
Let’s preserve freedom for them!
